We want you to love your Buddie. Your rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act (CPA) always apply.

Defective goods

If a product is defective or not as described, you may return it within six months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund, as provided by the CPA.

Online purchases

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online order within seven days of delivery. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.
